InTempack Insert is a smart thermal insert designed for reusable crates used in last-mile food deliveries. Its cross-shaped design, made of insulation panels and PVC lamination, can be laid flat or folded and stacked when not in use, making it easy to handle, store and return. It can be assembled in seconds to provide thermal protection for perishable foodstuffs — fresh, chilled, frozen or ambient.
The system includes a removable internal divider and dedicated cold packs pockets, which allow users to choose between single-temperature or dual-temperature configurations (e.g. chilled and frozen) within the same crate. This flexibility makes it ideal for mixed deliveries or seasonal use.
From groceries and ready-to-eat meals to frozen products and chocolate, InTempack Insert keeps temperature-sensitive perishables within their required thermal range throughout the cold chain — especially during last-mile delivery, where maintaining thermal integrity is most critical.

No. InTempack Insert includes a removable divider, which allows for flexible use depending on your delivery needs:
