Tempack DSX Diagnosach isothermal shipping container has been specifically designed to surmount the critical challenges of transporting biological samples under controlled temperature conditions, and to act as an overpack for diagnostic or infectious samples (pursuant to ADR, IATA, RID, IMDG P650 packaging instructions).
Reusable with a good life expectancy, the DSX Diagnosach medical transport kit is an important temperature control shipping solution for what is critical business. Blood, blood products, tissues, biological and infectious samples, stem cells, organs, vaccines, pharmaceuticals and even chemical samples all require nothing less than perfect cold chain transit if spoilage is to be avoided.
The DSX Diagnosach medical cooler combines the isothermal capacity of two components. An exterior, waterproof nylon and polyester zipper bag comes double-quilted with polyethylene and an interior polyurethane isothermal container with lid. It has two compartments for documents, two reinforced carrying handles and a ring to fit a seal. It can be used in its own right as an overpack for infectious substances, or combined with the corresponding secondary packaging. The extremely thick, rigid, interior polyurethane isothermal container takes the insulating job to the next level.
This combination will protect the integrity of temperature-sensitive goods in a frozen state to -21ºC, or chilled at +2°to +8°С, at ambient levels between +15° and +25°С, or at +22°С and +37°С. The incredibly lightweight, reliably resistant, insulated solution will uphold cold chain autonomy for 4 days.
